How to start a return?

Please contact us within 10 days after arriving of the goods using the contact form.

If the return has been approved by our customer service, you can send your goods back to the address we have provided.

Please understand that we will not cover the return shipping costs unless we sent you the wrong size.

After your return arrives, the goods must still have all labels and the original packaging in perfect condition.

If everything is OK, we will refund your purchase price to the original payment method within a few days.
